You'll start by telling me about yourself including goals, athletic background, injury history, and health challenges so I can build you an appropriate program that you can access via a simple app.

Motivation is as fleeting as the sand slipping between your fingers or the time it takes to eat a pint of ice cream. In order to find your inner dedication to your purpose, we must find drives you.
What are your habits?
We'll do a thorough intake of all your habits. There are no bad habits only ones that are not serving a healthy lifestyle. You will then make a list of desired habits that do support your healthy lifestyle.
Motion is Lotion.
In order to build a strong body, we have to make sure you move well. You will upload videos of your workouts to the app for me to assess. This will show me how your joints move and body functions so we can make sure to address imbalances and potential risks for injuries.

This is a 2 week assessment period where we audit your habits, movements, and motivations. By the end of this period, we will have an action plan of what needs to be improved and how to stick to your goals.
You get access to my mobile app that will contain your training program including a full exercise video library, graphs tracking progress, and direct communication to me.
