Strength in Motion places emphasis on MOVEMENT. If you can move well, you can perform well. Clients will walk away with a better understanding of joint positioning, more awareness of their body in space, and the confidence to be bold with their physical ability. Whether it’s scaling a cliff or paddling out of rip currents we will make sure your body will be prepared for any task.
We were born to move, but somehow we lost the blueprint for movement as our species transitioned from being constantly active to becoming perpetually sedentary. Clients will get back to how they are supposed to move and bring that confidence into other areas of their life.

INJURY PREVENTION
By assessing static posture and different movement patterns we can determine what areas of your body need to be recalibrated in order to reduce current discomfort or prevent future injury. Being able to attain and control the range of motion at each joint is vital in preventing injuries and optimizing performance.

PERFORMANCE
Each sport or activity has a specific demand, one that can be optimized in a gym setting. Whether it's a long duration sport like marathon running or a power sport such as olympic weightlifting, appropriate programming can significantly improve performance and can help reduce injury in that sport or activity.
